Guarantee and Return Policy
- All equipment distributed by Quantum BioTek has a LIMITED warranty confined and exclusive to manufacturing faults or malfunctions.
- The guarantee will be valid for 5 years provided the product is under normal use conditions and used as instructed in the MANUAL OF USE.
- The Quantum BioTek guarantee comes into effect from the date of purchase shown in the invoice and only covers the costsof repair or replacement of the product. All transportation and installation costs are excluded.
To process the warranty of a product the customer must:
- Present original legible invoice of purchase.
- Deliver the product in original packaging without physical damages that invalidates the warranty.
- To comply with the BioTek Magnetic Water Improver conditions of sale and comply with warranty conditions according to the operation of the equipment is 1 year.
- To activate the equipment warranty they must show the results of a treated field versus a token.
Guarantee Policy Terms
The guarantee does NOT cover in the following cases:
- When the product presents physical damage due to bad handling or transportation.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation.
- Damage caused by uses other than intended in their manufacture as detailed in the MANUAL OF USE.
- If the results obtained show an improvement in one or more of the following variables:
- Saving in electrical energy.
- Increase in production.
- Improvement of moisture retention in soil.
- Cultivation happening in soils saturated in salts.
- Obstructions.
- Saving water.
- Saving of fertilizers.
